The Caribbean Lifestyle Diabetes Centre – “Diabetes Awareness Campaign” - November 2016
The Girl Guides Association of Trinidad and Tobago through the Training Department has
partnered with the Caribbean Lifestyle Diabetes Centre to bring awareness to Diabetes.

On the 14th November there will be a ‘Talk’ on Diabetes and formation of a Human Blue Circle as a symbolic representation of the international symbol for diabetes in the Five (5) Divisions below:
 

  • Victoria Training Region – Victoria Central Division

  • Couva Training Region – Chaguanas Division

  • Laventille/Arima Training Region – Arima/Arouca Division

  • Chaguaramas/Laventille Training Region – East Port-of-Spain Division

  • Tobago Training Region – Scarborough, Tobago

5th - Health Fair - 2pm-5pm at Atrium, Trincity Mall

 

12th - Lecture and Eye Screening - 9am-11am at Caribbean Lifestyle Diabetes Office in Chaguanas

 

12th - Move 4 Life (Zumba & Aerobics) - 2:30pm - 6pm at The JFK Auditorium, University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.

 

14th - Health Fair - 8am - 12noon at Couva District Health Facility

 

19th - Healthy Eating Demo and Tasting - 6:30pm - 9:30pm at Fanatic Studio

 

22nd - Health Fair - 8am - 12noon at Petit Valley Health Centre, Morne Coco Road, Petit Valley.

 

23rd - Health Fair - 8am - 12noon at Maraval Health Centre, Saddle Road, Maraval.

 

24th - Health Fair - 8am - 12noon at Oxford St. Health Centre, Port of Spain

 

25th - Health Fair - 8am - 12noon at St. James Health Centre
